In accordance with EU directive 2011/83 and articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers based in the European Union benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day they subscribe.
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial from your account dashboard or the Stripe Customer Portal and no payment will be taken. Cancelling during the trial fulfils the right of withdrawal with no further action required.
If you cancel after the trial, you stop being billed at the end of the current billing period; partial refunds for the current period are not automated but can be requested by email — we review them case by case.
Certification requests are services that begin as soon as our team is assigned and starts the purchase / benchmark steps. They are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the assignment has occurred (article L221-28 13° of the Consumer Code), unless the assignment hasn't started — in which case a full refund is granted on request.
